Three Years!

Garage Hot Rods is three years old! John’s Nova pictured above got our third year off to a great start and Kelly’s Mustang wrapped it up.

I want to let you know how grateful I am for all the support you’ve given the site.

I’m grateful to more than 100 hot rodders, from all around the world, who have shared their stories with me. Y’all are building some really, really great hot rods out there. Classic. Modern. Domestic. Imports. Four, six, and – of course – eight cylinders.

I’m also grateful to all of you who read their stories. Traffic and the number of visitors to the site have grown remarkably each year. This August, page views to GHR were up 300% over last August. The number of visitors to the site so far in 2021 is up 380% over the first eight months of 2020.

And I’ve mentioned this before, but I’m still kind of amazed by the fact that GHR has readers from every continent on Earth – except Antarctica. And I’m working on that. (Seriously.)

I’m looking forward to Year 4! We’re back to having car shows again, and I’ve enjoyed the return to meeting hot rodders in-person. At the same time, I’ll continue to take advantage of social media to contact folks from all over. Maybe even Antarctica.

Again… my sincere thanks to all of you – the hot rodders and the readers – who continue to give Garage Hot Rods such great support.
